Was nominated for Broadway's 1988 Tony Award as Best Actress (Featured Role - Play) for August Wilson's "Joe Turner's Come and Gone."

Where Are They Now: Here is the most recent information I could find on Sott. In 2010, she appeared as Mama Nadi in the Oregon Shakespeare Festival's version of Ruined by playwright Lynn Nottage, and in 2011 played the tavern owner Mistress Quickly in Shakespeare's Henry IV, Part Two.
