Name:
Corey Ian Haim

Date of Birth: December 23, 1971, Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Info: By the age of 16, he was a multi-millionaire cruising the L.A. party circuit, hooked on prescription drugs, headed for bankruptcy, and labeled a casting pariah. Stories of his attempts to sell a molar on eBay did nothing to help his cause.

In February of 1993 Corey Haim was charged with pulling out a replica of a handgun during a dispute with his business manager. The charges were later reduced from felony to misdemeanor. But the trouble was only beginning.

The news of Corey's alcohol and drug problems broke in the form of a lawsuit. Apparently, insurer Lloyd's of London filed a lawsuit against the actor for failing to disclose he'd been hooked on drugs and alcohol since the age of fifteen. The problem began when the star backed out of the film "Paradise Bar" because of the addiction.

In 2001, Haim finally checked into rehab.

Family Life:
Parents, Judy and Bernie are divorced. He has a sister, Cari. Has a half brother named Daniel Lee from his father's second marriage.

Trivia:  Nickname: Space Ace

Favorite food: Pizza

Favorite actress: Cybill Shepherd.

Favorite Actor: James Dean.

Shared the screen with Corey Feldman in 7 movies.

Got into acting because his sister, Carol, auditioned for roles.

In 2004, he became the subject of a single by the Irish band, The Thrills entitled "Whatever Happened To Corey Haim?"

In 1998, Corey asked actress Holly Fields (WISHMASTER 2) to marry him. That engagement apparently ended, and nothing is known about his current dating status.

In 2004 T-shirts with Haim/Feldman '04 and Corey to the Power of 2 became a bit of a cult hit. These were done to suggest them as candidates for President and Vice President.

Where Is He Now: Corey has back in the press again for a new reality show that is due to air on A&E, called 'The Two Coreys'... and you guessed it, it will be with his friend and frequent co-star, Corey Feldman.

The project started to get talked about after the two began hanging around again when they were promoting the 20 year anniversary to the "The Lost Boys."

He also filmed a movie called "Universal Groove" which went straight to video.

Also there have been rumors that he suffered a stroke due to the toll on his body the excessive drugs he took. Corey denies ever having a stroke.
