Claim to Fame: Most of you probably know Lark from the teen series
'Saved By The Bell' where she played Lisa Turtle. She later had roles in "Days
of Our Lives" (1965) and "In the House" (1995) and starred as "Jasmine Malone"
in "The Bold and the Beautiful" (1987).
Family Life: Miguel Coleman (March 1996 - present)
Info: She first began acting at the age of two but postponed her
acting career until the age of 11, when she appeared on "Small Wonder" (1985).
Trivia: Was once engaged to Martin Lawrence
Her name "Lark" came from the character with the same name in the movie Cool
Breeze (1972), portrayed by Margaret Avery.
Voorhies also is a musician who plays the violin, cello and piano.
Niece of Jermaine Jackson (I think this is by marriage... she is the niece of
Jermaine's ex-wife).
Is said to have quit her roles on the two soap operas she was in when she
realized that she would eventually have to do sex scenes. This clashed with her
religious beliefs.
Appeared in music videos for Kenny Lattimore's "Never Too Busy," Dru Hill's
"These Are The Times" and Boys II Men's "On Bended Knee."
Also appeared in a 1998 commercial for Head and Shoulders
shampoo.

is She Now:
She has just started filming a movie called
'The Black Man's Guide to Understanding Black Women.' This is
expected to come out in 2006.
There have been numerous reports on the web that Lark was taken to Las Encinas
Hospital in Pasadena, CA for help with a cocaine addiction. There are also
reports the 30-something actress is also bipolar... but I have not been able to
substantiate this.
