Review: Holy double trouble, Batman! Gotham City is flipping out over its newest villain - Two-Face! When an evil removal device malfunctions, D.A. Harvey Dent (William Shatner) is transformed into the sinister split personality Two-Face. Now, it's up to the Dynamic Duo (Adam West and Burt Ward) to double down on their crime-fighting skills to stop this divided deviant before his evil ways become too much to handle.

The '60s Batman television series became a cultural phenomenon and has showed no signs of slowing down. So much so that two animated movies were made, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders (2016) and Batman vs. Two-Face (2017), to continue the campy chronicles of Gotham City's caped crime fighters. And it's even more fun, funky, and fantastic than the series from which it came!

Even though the character of Two-Face was a prominent villain in the Batman comics during the time of the '60s series he never made it on screen with his contemporaries like The Penguin, Catwoman, The Riddler, and The Joker. Batman vs. Two-Face gives fans the chance to see what that would have been like, but as a highly entertaining animated version.

William Shatner plays it perfectly as both Harvey Dent and Two-Face. You feel for the former while you loathe the latter. Both former "Catwomen" Julie Newmar and Lee Meriwether return and put a fun spin on the feline femme-fatale. But the best part is Batman and Robin are back! That's right, legendary chums Adam West and Burt Ward reprise their icons roles from 50 years ago without missing a beat. To see their animated likenesses and to hear their classic lines deliveries as the caped crusaders will have you smiling from ear to ear. Sadly, this was Adam West's final film project before he passed away on June 9, 2017. He always brought grace, humor, and dignity to the character of Batman and fans the world over are forever grateful.

If you're a fan of the Bright Knight, superheroes, cartoons, or campy cult classic characters, capes, criminals, and capers, then here's not a moment to lose! So...Atomic batteries to power. Turbines to speed. And get ready to enjoy Batman vs. Two-Face! Same Bat-thrills! Same Bat-style!

Fun Fact: Harvey Dent was drawn to resemble William Shatner as how he looked at the time of the Batman TV series production.
