Claim To Fame: She is best known for her role as Tiffany Welles in the television series Charlie's Angels, even though she only played the role for one season (1979?80).

Family Life: She is married to director Harry Winer, and they have one daughter, Devon.

Info: Hack began her career as a teen fashion model, and rose to fame when she became the face of Revlon's Charlie perfume in the mid 1970s. She became known as the Charlie Girl and helped the perfume become the number one scent in the world.

Her success as a supermodel led her to a career in acting. She studied acting under Jack Wolzer at the Herbert Berghof Studios in New York and made her feature film debut in Woody Allen's award winning film Annie Hall (1977).

She became well-known for her next role as Tiffany Welles in the television series Charlie's Angels. However, she was released from the show after only one season because the series experienced a significant ratings decline during her time on the show.

Hack went onto supporting roles in films like Martin Scorsese's film The King of Comedy (1983), and the cult horror film The Stepfather. She was also a regular on two short-lived 1980s TV series: Cutter to Houston (1983) and Jack and Mike (1986-87).

Trivia: In the 90s, she became active in the National Women's Political Caucus and was part of The Westside Women?s Health Center Advisory Council.

Became a registration and polling station supervisor in the 1997 elections in Bosnia-Herzegovina and produced the first-ever televised presidential debates in Bosnia-Herzegovina.

Where Are They Now: After retiring from acting in 1997, Hack turned to the world of business and politics. In 2000, she became founder and president of Shelley Hack Media Consultancy (SHMC), which specializes in projects that combine media and the development of civil society.

She has been involved in many projects in the Balkans and Western Asia. In 2006, the company became involved in strategic planning for the tender of a Balkan bank with a wide ranging portfolio of assets. She also became a member of the Pacific Council on International Policy.

In January 2008, she appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show in an episode that featured Hack as the Charlie perfume model in a 1976 television ad with Bobby Short at the piano.
