Claim To Fame: Dwight Schultz is an American actor and voice artist best known for his roles as Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock on the 1980s action series The A-Team and as Reginald Barclay in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager, and the film Star Trek: First Contact.

Family Life: In 1983, Schultz married actress Wendy Fulton. Their daughter Ava was born in 1987.

Trivia: Upon introducing himself to George Peppard the first time after getting The A-Team (1983) Peppard's replied with, "I'm George Peppard, and I'm not a very nice man."

Designed all the T-shirts his character "Howling Mad" Murdock wore on The A-Team (1983) and called it his consistent contribution to the series.

As "Howling Mad" Murdock from The A-Team (1983), he gave his invisible dog, Billy, to the people of Holland when he, Dirk Benedict, Mr. T and Stephen J. Cannell visited the Netherlands in 1984.

Dwight Schultz was cast in the recurring role of Reginald Barclay as the result of co-starring with Whoopi Goldberg in the movie The Long Walk Home (1990). While working on the movie, Schultz asked Goldberg to pass on his request to make an appearance on Star Trek: The Next Generation (1987).

Schultz hosted a conservative talk radio podcast called Howling Mad Radio which ended in March 2009.

He has also guest-hosted on numerous occasions for conservative talk shows like The Savage Nation, The Jerry Doyle Show, and The Rusty Humphries Show.

Schultz and former A-Team co-star Dirk Benedict made cameo appearances in the feature film The A-Team.

He's appearing in numerous Broadway productions like Night and Day, The Crucifer of Blood, and The Water Engine.
