Review: After seeing Black Panther in 'Captain America: Civil War' I was eagerly anticipating the story of T'Challa (Chadwick Boseman) and the kingdom of Wakanda. This is definitely one of the best Marvel movies. I enjoyed the wide cast of characters, the performances, and the world building; plus, the sets and costumes are visually stunning. My only criticism is that I felt that this was the first Marvel movie that could have done without so many action scenes. The dialogue, characters, and the struggle about the future of Wakanda and its relationship with the outside world definitely has sold me a ticket for future installments.
Fun Fact: To get the scarification off, Michael B. Jordan had to sit in a sauna for two hours.
