Review: Three teenage friends (Nick Robinson, Gabriel Basso, and Moises Arias), in the ultimate act of independence, decide to spend their summer building a house in the woods and living off the land. I love this movie! It's one of those "coming of age" stories that shows how actually teens think, feel, and react to the life and times of the teenager. The characters are flawed, funny, and fallible, just like really people - how refreshing! Come for the comedy and drama, and stay for the awesome-ness that is the character of Biaggio (Moises Arias), he's got a machete and sweet dance moves. One of the best movies in the last 5-years!
Fun Fact: Nick Offerman (Joe's father) and Megan Mullally (Patrick's mother) are actually real life husband and wife.
