Review: Adrift in space with no food or water, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) sends a message to Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) as his oxygen supply starts to dwindle. Meanwhile, the remaining Avengers -- Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson), Captain America (Chris Evans) and Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) -- must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown with Thanos (Josh Brolin) -- the evil demigod who decimated the planet and the universe.

Brilliant! Magnificent! Simply incredible! Avengers: Endgame is the long-awaited sequel to Avengers: Infinity War, and a fitting conclusion to the Marvel Cinematic Universe's Infinity Saga. What this film, and this saga as a whole, has been able to achieve is nothing short of spectacular. Never before has a film saga released 22 films over the course of a decade that have had such a huge impact on cinema. This film is currently shattering film records across the board, and for good reason. I've never seen a film that has succeeded at so intricately weaving 22 movies into one central plot. I felt like every scene in this film was a little walk down memory lane where I was able to grab a little piece of something from each film I've seen in the MCU that lead to this spectacle. The acting was superb (I mean, just look at the list of stars), and I couldn't have asked for anything more. This movie made me laugh, cry, and get pumped with excitement throughout. To say it was a roller coaster of emotions is an understatement. I truly am in awe of what the MCU has been able to achieve with this franchise and I cannot recommend this movie enough. Avengers assemble! Get to the nearest movie theater or TV and watch this film ASAP! It's a truly remarkable film, and a perfect way to spend three hours!

Fun Fact: Avengers: Endgame became the biggest pre-sale title ever on Fandango and Atom Tickets sites, causing them to crash minutes after the sales were announced. It accomplished this feat in only six hours. Some theaters across the world had so many sold-out showtimes on the opening weekend that Cinemark, Regal, and AMC theaters chose to add new overnight screenings so that they would be working around the clock to accommodate extra shows.
