Review: The Joker goes to Metropolis to offer Lex Luthor a plan to kill Superman. Batman, following the clown prince of crime, joins forces with Superman to save the city, but can they put aside their difference before it's too late? Much like 1993's "Batman: Mask of the Phantasm", "The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest" is a "team up" movie that combines characters, worlds, and talents of two brilliant animated shows Batman: The Animated Series and Superman: The Animated Series into a fun, action-packed, and thrilling adventure story featuring two of the greatest superheroes of all-time doing what they do best! It's quite remarkable just how enjoyable this animated movie is, not just for kids, but adults, too! I love this one. I'm a huge Batman fan and rather enjoy this animated version of the Caped Crusader. This animated features get Batman, as well as the Joker, Lex Luthor, Superman, Lois Lane, Harley Quinn, so right that it makes you wonder why the live-action movies get them so wrong. Watching Batman and Superman reluctantly join forces is really fun. What's more entertaining is watching the partnership between the Joker and Lex Luthor. This is a really treat for DC Comics fans, Batman fans, Superman fans, animation fans, or fans of entertaining adventures stories. Up, up, and away... "The Batman Superman Movie: World's Finest" is crime fighting fun at its best!
